Position 1: Principal IT Auditor

Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing or related fields.

Work Experience: 

· At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional or Expert

Additional Skills:

·         Excellent Knowledge of banking operations and risk-based auditing.

·         Information systems operations, management and control frameworks

·         Governance, risk, and control frameworks

·         Internal audit standards, theory, and methodology

This Principal IT Auditor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring audits of the overall Information Technology environment of the bank to ensure that they are in line with the Bank’s Information System Policies and procedures and applicable laws, regulations and standards of the bank. Will also keep an eye on control systems that guarantee the security and integrity of data and evaluate application systems and related business operations to make sure they achieve desired business objectives quickly and effectively.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Officer- Help Desk

Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Work Experience: 

· At least 4 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent

This position is responsible for responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, Chat or email and following up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.

Position 3: Officer – ATM Services

Qualifications/Skills

· BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering and other related fields.

Work Experience:

· At least 3 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent

Additional Skills:

• Industry specific skills (products and services)
• Emotional Intelligence
• Data analysis and presentation skill
• Strategic thinking and strategic planning skill etc

The purpose of this job is to ensure the Bank serves its Customers efficiently and without interruption by properly supporting Card Banking; to follow policies and standards to review documents and solves user requests to ensure the satisfaction of Customer’s ATM experience; to develop, maintain and support knowledge directory (knowledge base) based on requests from Users; to ensure that Customer ATM related requests are addressed in a timely manner; to prepare timely reports on frequently asked questions; to support and assist users on a daily basis to solve core banking related issues; to monitor and administer the ATM services of the Bank as well as all infrastructure used for ATM banking and etc.

Position 4: Principal Officer – Core Banking Support

Qualifications/Skills

•  B.SC in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering or in related fields.

Work Experience: 

•  6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as a Senior Officer or in equivalent position.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers etc.

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and scripting skills

• Knowledge of Flex cube Core Banking application

• Knowledge of the financial industry in relation to Core banking, cash management, Loans and deposits in product management,

• Experience in communication across business and technology stakeholders at varying levels

• Good technical analysis and troubleshooting skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple problems simultaneously and under the time of pressure and

• Good team player with ability to work with others or independently to accomplish tasks.

The incumbent is responsible to organize and lead the support team on core banking application and other in house developed software; to smoothen operation of the core banking application, in house developed software, user requirement analysis, managing and organizing the support team, involves in performance appraisal; to smoothen execution of EOD/EOM/EOY; to creation of branch and participate in the core banking related support and others activities as may be assigned by the supervisors.

Salary and benefits: As per the bank’s scale.
